It's not easy being named as a Defendant in a civil court proceeding in Canada. Defendants get a gun stuck to their heads in corrupt Canadian courtrooms. Canada doesn't have a functioning legal system. Canadian courts are organized crime hell-holes and, as such, the last place you ever want to end up is in a corrupt Canadian courtroom. Allowing lawyers to assign any names they want to the litigants in a civil court proceeding is yet another example of the unruly lawlessness of the corrupt Canadian legal system.)
As soon as a person is labeled a Defendant by the corrupt Canadian civil court system this person (or thing if the Defendant is a private company) automatically has all of his civil rights stripped away from him by the crooked Canadian government. Defendants get positioned for target practice by the corrupt government of Canada. Lawyers should be called strippers because that's exactly what they do -- they strip away people's civil rights!

For no other reason than being named the Plaintiff in a civil court proceeding, Plaintiffs are instantly awarded the right to wreak total financial devastation on Defendants by the corrupt government of Canada.
The reason Defendants have their rights stripped away from them in civil court lawsuits is because it's the policy of the corrupt lawyer-controlled Canadian government to administer the judicial system in such a way that Defendants are forced to pay what amounts to exorbitant and unjust fines and taxation to the government and to the government's friends. The corrupt Canadian judicial system is administered by the lawyer-controlled Canadian government to make Defendants pay and pay very hard. This is what happens when a union of pirates called the Bar is put in charge of administering the justice system, as is the case in Canada.
Lawyers are idiotic bullies who derive satisfaction from pushing people around by arrogantly demonstrating that they're not constricted by legal barriers. It's how lawyers operate.
